We want you to be completely delighted with your Angel's Face purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all items in their original condition with tags attached. Please ensure garments are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and charms are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
